Requirements: Experience: 15+ years in operations / supply chain management, preferably in the food industry, CPG, or a related sector. Leadership Skills: Proven track record in team leadership and people management, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in KPI management and operational metrics. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and hierarchies.
