Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Manage and track kitchen inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and organized
• Assist with ordering and receiving deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, following health and safety guidelines
• Perform food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and support team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Follow proper food handling procedures and ensure kitchen complies with sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
