Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients.
• Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in operations analysis to ensure efficiency in all office procedures.
• Contribute to inventory control by keeping track of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.

Salary

The salary for this position is competitive and ranges from $10 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• US Citizen, Green Card holder, or valid work visa (H4, F1, CPT)
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience in sales or a front office role is a plus

Skills

• Proficiency in front office operations and data entry
• Strong customer service and telecalling skills
• Ability to analyze operations and suggest improvements
• Experience in inventory control
