Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner.
Manage reservations and update booking system.
Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Work collaboratively with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
