Job Overview
Tekarch technology is on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated QA Automation Tester to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The right candidate will be responsible for conducting automated and manual tests to ensure the software developed by our team is fit for purpose. This might involve working with software, systems, and operations teams to drive product quality.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
- Design, build, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions.
- Perform functional testing to ensure user requirements are met.
- Identify, analyze and create detailed records of problems that appear during testing.
- Collaborate with the software design team to ensure quality assurance is observed throughout the life cycle of the software.
Salary
The salary for this position ranges between $25 - $35 per hour. Additional compensation details will be provided during the interview process.
Qualifications
- Valid work visa, US Citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H4, F1, L2, STEM, OPT, CPT.
- 0-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- IT Software / Services related degree or equivalent work experience.
Skills
- Proficient in ASP .Net, Web Services and Java.
- Experience with Selenium and SOAP UI testing tools.
- Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance methodologies and practices.
- Experience with QTP / Selenium for automation testing.
- Manual testing skills with a keen eye for detail.
