- Quick Books experience preferred but not required.

Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting processes.
- Prepare financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Salary
The Bookkeeper Assistant position comes with a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $30. This is commensurate with the experience and skills you bring to our team.
Qualifications
- Valid work visa, US citizen, or green card holder.
- Previous experience in accounting or related field.
- Adept at using MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software.
Skills
- Proficient in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Ability to process payroll effectively.
- Strong skills in using QuickBooks and MS Office for financial tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
