Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting processes.
• Prepare financial reports and statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Salary

The Bookkeeper Assistant position comes with a competitive hourly rate of $20 - $30. This is commensurate with the experience and skills you bring to our team.

Qualifications

• Valid work visa, US citizen, or green card holder.
• Previous experience in accounting or related field.
• Adept at using MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software.

Skills

• Proficient in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ability to process payroll effectively.
• Strong skills in using QuickBooks and MS Office for financial tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
