      HR Associate professional required in IT Comp (1 Year+ of experience):

A leading Software Consulting Company based out of Piscataway, NJ is looking for HR Associate who has a desire to succeed, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and one who doesn’t confuse efforts with results to join our team at the earliest.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:  

• Background experience working with staffing company, consulting firm.
• Must have experience in MS Word, MS Excel.
• Address payroll/human resources worker grievances and follow ups for timesheets and necessary payments.
• Provide assistance with immigration filings, i.e., H1B, GC processing, etc.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Minimum bachelor s degree with excellent written and spoken communication.
