DATA ENTRY AND ACCOUNT ASSISTANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Very strong data entry skills using property management software.
- Very strong attention to details.
- Very strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong MS Office word and Excel skills.
- Experience in quick books
- Payroll Knowledge
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update vendor files, including managing vendor master data in the accounting system.
- Verify and process expense invoices, ensuring proper authorization and allocation to the correct cost centers.
- Process payments, including preparing checks and initiating wire transfers based on invoice due dates.
- Enter vendor purchase invoices and apply landed costs to purchased materials.
- Manage and input employee expense reports with accurate cost center allocation.
- Post monthly cost accounting entries for precise financial records.
- Collaborate with vendors and employees to obtain invoices and reports promptly.
- Provide accounts receivable support as a backup to the A/R manager.
ACCOUNTS RECIEVAVLE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Accounts Receivable Statements (Weekly & Monthly)
- Responsible for Managing Finance Priority Account Reports
- Daily Posting of Cash Receipts
- Heavy Contact with customers regarding collections and work with Customer Service Representatives on disputes
- Obtain Credit Forms for new customers and setup accounts
- Maintains collection files.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
