What You'll Do:
? Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
? Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and more
? Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and team members
? Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For:
?? Active RN license in Virginia
?? 0 or 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred)
?? Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
?? Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
