Collaborate with bartending staff to create complementary drink pairings for menu items. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food management practices, kitchen management, and food production techniques. Experience in restaurant management and shift management is preferred. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team. Passion for culinary arts with an understanding of fine dining concepts. Previous experience in banquet services is a plus.
