We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support our growing finance team! What You’ll Do:

• Manage employee reimbursements and ensure policy compliance
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding travel and expense reporting
• Administer Expensify user accounts, roles, and permissions
• Oversee corporate credit card programs and reconcile monthly activity
• Maintain vendor records and support onboarding of new vendors
• Support the month-end close with journal entries and account reconciliations
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and collaborate with global subsidiaries
• Ensure SOX compliance for all expense-related financial processes
• Help document accounting procedures and recommend process improvements
• Provide general support to the accounting and finance team
• Take on ad hoc projects and assist with internal financial analysis

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of GL accounting principles and basic internal control concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Experience with Expensify, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• A collaborative mindset, with a proactive and flexible attitude
