Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Manage debits and credits to ensure precise account balances
• Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely, accurate vendor payments
• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports
• Enter and maintain all journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Use QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online for day-to-day bookkeeping
• Support budgeting processes and track financial trends
• Collaborate with firm leadership and staff to ensure smooth financial operations
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar roles
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals: debits, credits, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in a CPA firm or handling multiple clients is a plus
