MILL-RUN TOURS is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in New York, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role involves a blend of accounting and customer service skills, and is ideally suited to individuals who are passionate about both. Our Bookkeeper will also handle various tasks related to accounts receivable, data entry, taxation, and bookkeeping.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping duties including posting information to accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts.
Manage accounts receivable, ensuring all bills are paid in a timely fashion.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, performing regular data entry tasks.
Handle taxation duties, keeping up to date with current financial legislation.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing clients' needs and queries in a professional manner.

Salary

The remuneration for this role is between $650 - $700 on a weekly basis. The compensation package is competitive and commensurate with the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
Valid Work Visa.
The role is Corp-Corp, W2-Permanent.
