What You'll Do

As our Bookkeeper, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our financial systems and supporting our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless financial and order processing
• Handle shipping, routing, sales orders, invoicing, and inventory/merchandise management
• Monitor customer account balances and ensure timely collection by the due dates
• Provide customer service support related to billing, payment status, and order inquiries
• Support year-end audits and tax filing

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of experience in bookkeeping or financial operations
• Proven experience in retail or apparel industry is a strong plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Bonus points if you have a passion for fashion or experience in a creative industry
