Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Responsible for data entry, bookkeeping, and payroll tasks.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulations.
• Use QuickBooks to track and manage financial data.

Qualifications

This position is open to individuals with a valid work visa, US citizens, Green card holders, and EAD / TN, H1B, H4, F1, F2, L2, H2B, STEM, J1, OPT, CPT holders. The ideal candidate will have 0-10 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Internships are welcome!

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $3000 - $9000 monthly. The exact salary will be determined by the candidate's skill level and experience.
