Sales Associate Job Description

Responsibilities:

Own and manage a portfolio of emerging CPG brand advertisers
Prospect and onboard new advertisers, guiding them through campaign setup, launch, and renewals
Maintain a high volume of client touchpoints (meetings, emails, check-ins) weekly
Hit and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign activations, client retention, and revenue targets
Act as the go-to contact for troubleshooting technical issues
Provide weekly campaign reports and support in preparing quarterly business reviews
Help launch new ad products and programs for small-to-medium businesses
Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and suggest product improvements for scale

Minimum Qualifications:

1–4 years experience in a sales, partnerships, or client-facing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and insights
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
