Server Job Description

We are excited to open our doors soon and are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. Positions available:

· Server

Ideal candidates should have:

· A minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience

· A warm, professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality. Should be punctual and trustworthy.

. Should be able to work in a fast paced environment

· Take and deliver food and/or beverages in a timely manner - accurately and efficiently

· Understand that every guest matters and strive to create a great experience

· Offer menu knowledge and upsell when appropriate

· Bus and reset tables as needed

· Process payments and close out checks properly

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

. Should be able to help with side work and cleaning, and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff

· The ability to multitask and stay composed during busy shifts

· A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to cleanliness

· A valid Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

· Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

· Availability to work evening shifts
