What You'll Do Lead International Sourcing: Define and execute a vision for a world-class global supply system, working closely with senior leadership. Source Critical Components: Your work will directly feed our production lines by strategically sourcing critical custom components and raw materials. Negotiate & Manage: Expertly negotiate and manage international contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and cost-effectiveness with suppliers in key global markets. Strong Negotiation Skills: A verifiable track record of achieving cost savings and favorable terms in global sourcing initiatives. In the past Ive worked as a Full-Stack Java Engineer, a Customer Support Engineer, and a .NET Engineer. Currently I am going to school for my Masters in AI and Machine Learning. To gain further Knowledge I am currently completing a career track in AI and Machine Learning on Codecademy.com. As I am learing about AI, I am also learning to leverage these skills in my previous development stack. I am able to use Generative AI such as ChatGPT and Github Co-Pilot to code better and quicker. I am working on several project including a minimalist Electronic Health Record as well as a Expense Tracker with kafka messaging. I would really like to put these skills to good use for an employer.
