This is a critical leadership role where you will transform our international supply chain, directly impacting product quality and market competitiveness.We are specifically seeking a professional with hands-on, recent experience (within the last 2-3 years) sourcing from India, Mexico, Europe and/or Asia. You must have a strong background in custom manufacturing or industrial sectors and a proven track record of sourcing custom or engineered products internationally. What You'll Do Lead International Sourcing: Define and execute a vision for a world-class global supply system, working closely with senior leadership. Source Critical Components: Your work will directly feed our production lines by strategically sourcing critical custom components and raw materials. Negotiate & Manage: Expertly negotiate and manage international contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and cost-effectiveness with suppliers in key global markets. (Nice-to-Have) Lead a Team: Mentor and guide a talented team of Engineers and QA professionals, overseeing supplier evaluations and providing expert guidance. (Nice-to-Have) Manage Projects: Spearhead complex, international supplier-related projects from planning to execution, with a focus on risk mitigation. What We're Looking For Recent International Sourcing Experience: You've actively sourced suppliers from India, Mexico, Europe and/or Asia within the last 2-3 years. Industry Expertise: A background in custom manufacturing or industrial sectors is a must. Custom Sourcing: Proven experience sourcing custom or engineered products internationally. Strong Negotiation Skills: A verifiable track record of achieving cost savings and favorable terms in global sourcing initiatives. Leadership & Project Management: Experience leading teams and/or managing large-scale international projects is a strong plus. Why join us?
