Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral issues.
• Document and monitor the progress of each client.
• Provide therapy sessions to clients in a clinical setting or through teletherapy.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to the clients.
• Work on weekends depending on the client’s needs and schedules.

Salary

The salary for this position ranges from $25 to $30 per hour. The final offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Valid work visa/US Citizen/Green Card/EAD / TN/H1B
• Proven clinical experience in behavioral therapy.
• Experience in the healthcare/pharma/biotech industry is preferred.
• Ability to work on weekends.

Skills

• Strong documentation skills: Ability to accurately record and report client progress.
• Healthcare knowledge: Understanding of healthcare practices, standards, and regulations.
