Job Overview
We are looking for a competent Executive Assistant to support high-ranking officials in our company at our New York, NY location. You will be the one to organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Executive assistants must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
Salary
This role offers a competitive salary of $15 - $20 per hour.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, a valid work visa, and experience in the gems and jewellery industry. Corp-Corp experience is an added advantage.

- Sales: Ability to pitch and sell products, and to maintain a rapport with clients.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accounts Receivable: Proficiency in managing financial transactions and records.
- Administration: Ability to manage office tasks efficiently.
- Data Entry: Accurate and fast typing skills.
- QuickBooks: Experience with this accounting software is preferred.
- Clerical: Proficient in office management and clerical tasks.
- Housekeeping: Capability to manage and maintain cleanliness of the office environment.
- Staffing: Experience in managing staff and team coordination.
