As a Scrum Master within our AI Enablement organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating agile teams focused on advancing AI initiatives across the enterprise, with a strong emphasis on enhancing AI learning and education. Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement, while effectively addressing obstacles to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of AI capabilities and learning solutions.Collaboration is paramount, and you will work cross-functionally with diverse professionals including developers, business stakeholders, technical experts ,and leadership to ensure the seamless integration of agile practices. Your pivotal role will champion AI learning, supporting the cultivation of an AI-proficient workforce that can meet future challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems/Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10-12 years of experience as Project Manager / ScrumMaster
• PMP Certification is must

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid onsite 3 days per week in Waukegan IL.
• NOT open to remote profiles.
• Would be open to someone local that can come onsite 2 days per week, but will prioritize candidates who can commit to 3 days per week first.

Establish Agile practices from the ground up for a newly formed team focused on enterprise AI adoption & enablement and learning & development for internal AI platforms like GoAI (AbbVie’s ChatGPT) and AVA (AbbVie Virtual Assistant).

Supports AI adoption and learning across all of AbbVie for their AI tools.

Candidates must be local and open to working hybrid. Additionally, they MUST have experience leading AI projects.

Required:

• Experience working with AI/AI initiatives/AI projects is critical.
• Targeting 7+ years of experience; open to 5+ years of Scrum Master experience if the candidate has strong and recent AI project experience.
• Change Management & some Project Management (20-30%) is required.
• Must have strong Agile facilitation.
• Tools required: JIRA, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong communication skills (lots of meetings, working with stakeholders, leading demos, etc.).

• SharePoint Expertise for Enhanced Collaboration: Utilize your SharePoint skills to refine site content and design, fostering seamless collaboration and optimal resource management.
• Skilled in Storytelling and Developing Training and Communication Materials: Harness storytelling to create engaging narratives. Develop compelling, high-quality training and communication materials to ensure effective program delivery.
