Job Overview

The SCRUM Master will lead the team in delivering IT software development projects using Agile methodologies. This position will require the SCRUM master to work closely with product owners, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings, including the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Planning meetings.
• Support Product Owners in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
• Promote Agile practices within the organization.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
• Document progress and communicate to stakeholders.

Salary

The salary range for this position is from $99,000 to $109,000 annually. The final offer will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in IT software field.
• Must possess Scrum Master Certification and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
• Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card.

Skills

• Oracle: Experience with Oracle database management and development is required.
• Javascript: Proficiency in JavaScript programming and web development is a must.
• SQL: Understanding of SQL database management and development is needed.
• Agile: Proven experience in Agile methodologies and practices is essential.

Work Contract

This position is available for W2-Permanent, W2-Contract, and 1099-Contract. It is a full-time role based in New York, NY. Candidates must be US citizens or hold a Green Card.
