As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets while maintaining best practices. You will help enhance store operations and contribute to delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and team members.

What You Will Do:

• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a professional, high-performing team to meet company goals and continuously improve individual performance.
• Collaborate closely with training teams to develop and maintain a gold-standard team.
• Set clear weekly and monthly objectives for the store team.
• Ensure all employees present themselves professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service to maximize sales and create personalized customer experiences.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, ensuring displays are attractive and adhere to visual guidelines.
• Work with store support departments to effectively leverage company resources.
• Partner with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development plans for the store team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Salary Range: $24 - $28 per hour
