Home Care Aide Job Description

As a Home Health Aide at Miracle Worker Home Care, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for elderly and disabled clients. Your care, compassion, and attention to detail will help ensure their daily needs are met with dignity and respect—all within the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
Provide timely and accurate medication reminders as directed
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
Follow individualized care plans and report any changes in condition or living situation
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being

Requirements:

Valid photo ID
Reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
Prior experience in home care or a similar caregiving role is a plus
