Indian multi-designer clothing studio seeking STORE ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, both in person and online. Communication skills in English
• Assist Sales Associates with customers and clients during clothing trials and putting clothing away
• Manage communication with customers including scheduling, answering emails, customer, and order inquiries
• Maintain presentation of sales racks & organizations within the physical floor
• Oversee store cleanliness including vacuuming, cleaning, folding clothing, taking out garbage, sorting racks, etc
• Excellent communication with clients to execute on sales and order status

Qualifications

• Knowledge of South Asian or Indian fashion trends is a plus
• Proficient in Shopify, Microsoft, and Gmail
• Retail experience in a luxury retail setting or bridal is preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Extremely efficient with time management and punctual.
• Previous experience in operations, shipping, or inventory management preferred.
• Must be able to do physical activity, including lifting up to 45 lb
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in using communication tools WhatsApp and GMAIL
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Shopify are a plus
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively (No task is too small with a hustle mentality)
