Fulfillment Staff:
Fulfillment staff are responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Their main duties include picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring that items are packed securely, and preparing shipments for delivery. They may also handle labeling, tracking, and organizing shipments to make sure that all orders reach customers on time. Fulfillment staff must have good attention to detail and be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking and packing customer orders with precision.
Ensuring all orders are shipped on time and according to delivery requirements.
Checking items for quality and accuracy before shipment.
Labeling and organizing packages for dispatch.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Communicating with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure stock levels are up to date.
Skills Required:

Inventory Staff:
Inventory staff are responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of products and stock within a warehouse or store. Their main role is to monitor inventory levels, receive shipments, and track product movement to ensure the right products are available at the right time. Inventory staff work closely with fulfillment teams to ensure that products are in stock and orders can be fulfilled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and unloading deliveries, inspecting shipments for accuracy.
Storing products in the correct locations and ensuring proper labeling.
Tracking stock levels and notifying management when restocking is necessary.
Performing regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
Coordinating with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are processed without delays.
Maintaining records of product stock movements and inventory reports.
Skills Required:
