 The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in cultivating a customer-first, product-focused culture while driving key store operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to assess business needs and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Communicate expectations and hold self and team accountable for achieving brand standards and performance goals.
• Control payroll and supply budgets effectively.
• Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory audits, timekeeping, payroll accuracy, and merchandise flow.
• Ensure accurate completion of financial activities, including cash handling, price changes, and sales transactions.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, loss prevention protocols, and operational procedures; deliver training to ensure understanding.
• Coordinate daily inventory replenishment and preparation for physical inventory audits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store appearance aligned with brand identity.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver consistent results.
