 As Store Manager, you will help identify customer needs, answer questions about our products and services, recommend solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction—ultimately contributing to the store’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop employee schedules and plan in-store promotions aligned with seasonal and holiday sales cycles
• Proactively identify new ways to promote the store, products, and services to boost foot traffic and conversions
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchasing plans, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure stock availability
• Implement cross-training programs to increase team efficiency and maintain productivity during peak times
• Manage controllable costs (e.g., labor, supplies) to support profitability goals
• Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Hire and train new staff as needed to ensure sufficient coverage and consistent customer experience
