You lead our bakery operations, ensuring smooth coordination between production, and delivery—driving both quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Call customers and restaurants to take bread orders, building ongoing relationships.
• Consolidate daily bread order numbers for production, ensuring the kitchen has accurate, timely data.
• Prepare and organize delivery slips for drivers, ensuring efficient routing and on-time delivery.
• Support the production team as needed—helping with inventory, scheduling, and workflow.
• Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
• Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance.
• Train and mentor staff, promoting excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, hospitality, or bakery operations
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with phones, order slips, and basic computers.
• Fluency in English.
• Hours are usually 2 pm to 10 pm but can accommodate some flexibility depending on experience and enthusiasm.
