Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team — recruit, train, and mentor talent.
• Build strong relationships with Clinical Services and Support Center partners.
• Drive results using reports to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction — resolve issues, ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage lab standards, oversee repairs, frame assembly, and order accuracy.
• Own patient commitments like “Ready When Promised” and “Now Service.”
• Champion company values: Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, Empowerment (iCARE).

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or 2+ years of retail management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain within a year).
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of HR, team development, and scheduling.
• Optical experience is a bonus.
