Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Performance
• Utilize effective sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Proactively assist customers by recommending merchandise and identifying solutions tailored to their needs.
• Stay up to date on current promotions, pricing, and product trends to optimize every customer interaction.
• Support monthly visual merchandising directives and maintain high visual and presentation standards.
• Assist in maintaining floor stock, replenishing merchandise, and keeping the sales floor organized and visually appealing.
• Support fulfillment processes, including locating and preparing orders for shipment or in-store pickup.
• Contribute to store cleanliness and upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:
