Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients, providing a warm and memorable experience
• Manage appointments and troubleshoot scheduling issues
• Maintain shop cleanliness, including the front desk, bar area, and communal spaces
• Support team with tasks like restocking, cleaning, inventory, and light housekeeping
• Promote memberships and retail products to clients
• Ensure accurate client information and efficient use of the reservation system

Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems preferred
• Previous salon or spa experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working on your feet for 6–8 hour shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Weekend availability required
• Professional, friendly, and composed under pressure
