As an Assistant Store Manager, you will receive comprehensive training across all areas of our business and work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store and team operations. This role offers valuable growth opportunities, serving as a stepping stone toward positions like Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as both shopkeeper and host, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and memorable experience.
• Lead by example, coaching your team to consistently deliver exceptional service and promptly resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of a motivated, high-performing team.
• Provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Set and uphold high standards for team performance, professionalism, and customer engagement.
• Manage daily café functions, ensuring quality in food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Oversee inventory control including ordering, stocking, and merchandising to maintain optimal product levels, especially in the café.
• Conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage and prevent loss.
• Assist the Store Manager in executing and improving operational procedures.
• Manage opening and closing processes and assist with financial reporting.
• Contribute to developing strategies that support business growth and operational success.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business results and lead successful teams.
• Strong skills in inventory management and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional leadership and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of café or food & beverage operations is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
