Office Administrator Job Description

Job Description:
- The Order Management Specialist will support the wider public and private sector sales, procurement and logistics teams in Saitech Inc.
- Information Technology Solutions for Data Centers, Computer Hardware, Software licensing, maintenance, Services and Support
- Including customer order life cycle from order management, customer operations and service and logistics support
Account Support:
- Daily communication with customers and/or Sales Representative
- Provide centralized, one point of contact for sales & service project requests
- Provide insight and problem resolution to customers for any delivery delays & material shortages
- Daily review and research pertaining to incomplete shipments for immediate resolution
- Daily communication with logistics team to schedule in priority shipments, confirm status of current releases, research on missed ship dates, and escalation to appropriate parties
- Interface with Procurement team regarding new orders, changes to existing orders, cancellation requests, and delivery date
Order Fulfilment:
- Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and completeness
- Accelerate the execution of order fulfillment in an environment spanning multiple groups and departments by quickly calculating product availability and quoting accurate delivery dates based on actual supply chain status
- Maintain status comments on sales lines for company-wide visibility and for customer reports
