Office Administrator Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: |
To ensure a smooth running and coordinating of the day-to-day administrative duties and responsibilities of an organization as well as provide clerical support to the Management / Office Team. |
KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: |
· Filing, scanning and archiving of official documents and licenses. · Preparation of deposit slips. · Update and encode the deposit log sheet and cross verifying with QBs. · Prepare, fill out and submit the different types of forms required for each brand to ensure compliance as mandated by each State but not limited to—credit card, DCP, Deans, Fiserv, Insurance Template, and Food Handlers. · Responsible in setting up online access platforms for each Restaurant opening but not limited to—AMEX, Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub, Client Line, IQ, Gift Card applications, TAX RATE/CONSULTING FEES/ROY & ADV %. · Maintain accurate annual reports on file and arrange the admin folder and remove redundant files. · Develop and improve the tracking system to ensure insurance, permits and licenses are renewed and applied in a timely manner. · Maintain, record and keep up to date the inventory of office supplies. · Assist the main office in case of any special projects and deliverables. · Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

PROFILE: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: |
· High school and equivalent diploma · A minimum of 1-year proven experience in a similar role is essential · Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information · Good knowledge about administration process · Intermediate skills are MS office is required · Candidate must be a self-starter and independent, yet function as an integral part of a team
