Job Overview

We are thrilled to announce a job opening for a QA (Quality Assurance) Automation Tester at Tekarch technology, located in the heart of Fremont, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with 0-2 years of experience in the IT Software / Services industry. In this dynamic role, you'll get to work on diverse QA / Testing projects utilizing a multitude of technologies like ASP .Net, Web Services, Java, Selenium, SOAP UI and Python. We are looking for candidates who are US Citizens, Green Card holders, or those possessing a Valid Work Visa.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

As a QA Automation Tester, you'll be responsible for conducting both Functional Testing and Manual Testing. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the software we produce is of the highest quality. Your role will involve designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, and reviewing system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

Salary

The compensation for this position ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We offer a competitive salary package in the industry.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in QA / Testing
• Experience with ASP .Net, Web Services, Java
• Experience with Selenium, SOAP UI, Python
• Experience with Functional Testing, Manual Testing
• Valid Work Visa, US Citizen, Green Card, EAD / TN, H4, F1, L2, STEM, OPT, CPT

Skills

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Proven work experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
