Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting coordination
• Schedule and coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
• Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, and internal communications
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality while handling sensitive information
• Office & Project Administration
• Act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Support cross-functional projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and priorities
• Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence and documentation
• Communication & Coordination
• Facilitate clear communication across departments on behalf of the CEO
• Ensure timely follow-ups and information flow between executive leadership and team members
• Represent the CEO in professional interactions with clients, partners, and staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in a high-level Executive Assistant or similar support role
• Must be based in NYC and available to work on-site 4 days/week
