Responsibilities:

• Facilities maintenance and management related to the center
• Manage general reception tasks, including front desk responsibilities and office coverage
• Maintain and update the day-to-day schedule changes due to cancellations, holidays, etc
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Update and maintain supply orders for facility and client needs
• Provide general support to all staff within the center
• Ensure compliance with center policies and procedures and assist with policy enforcement
• Support RBT/BTs to promote job satisfaction and engagement
• Coordinate vendor routine maintenance
• Assist in maintaining employee and client retention initiatives implemented by OM & CD
• Coordinate and assist with new employee facility orientation
• Manage issues relating to facility repairs
• Support BCBA Center Director and Operations Manager with center management tasks as needed
• Assist in meeting center goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) as assigned
• Communicate openly and directly with management regarding concerns or ideas
• Participate in all center update meetings and report on updates/center initiatives

Qualifications: 

Walking, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, kneeling, stooping, reaching above the head, pulling, bending, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds
