Purpose For The Position:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, who can handle multi-tasking while still providing outstanding customer support. To be successful in this position, you will need to be calendar-oriented, organized, have great time management skills, and love what we do
Responsibilities:
- The Administrative Assistant provides support to Rukaz employees, clients and partners by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the agency and others are streamlined and professional
- Provides professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail to schedule meetings, make reservations, and/or travel arrangements
- Maintains frequently changing calendars through Outlook and understand organization’s priorities to effectively manage calendars for team, as well as projects
- Provides general administrative support to staff including document scanning, data entry, and filing
- Assists with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
- Assists in Human Resources administrative functions such as: new employee onboarding efforts, personnel file compliance and management, data entry etc
- Completes special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- To be successful in this position, you will need to be calendar-oriented, organized, have great time management skills, and love what we do!
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook), and Google Suite
- Working knowledge of standard office equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be willing to work occasional weekends or holidays, as needed, based on production schedules (advanced notice will be given as needs arise)
- Reliable transportation needed for occasional, local travel
