About Us:
We’re a cozy, 40-seat Indian restaurant and hookah lounge known for our vibrant atmosphere and flavorful dishes. We’re looking for a skilled and passionate chef who can take the lead in preparing delicious tandoori appetizers and Indian-style marinated dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook tandoori items and Indian appetizers with precision and consistency

• Handle marination using traditional Indian spices and techniques

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in a commercial kitchen environment

• Manage kitchen prep and cooking during service hours

• Collaborate with management on menu planning and improvements

• Maintain inventory and assist with ingredient sourcing when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a commercial kitchen (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Expertise in tandoor cooking and Indian marination/spice use

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, small-team environment

• Punctual, reliable, and professional

• Available to work Tuesday to Sunday (exact hours can be discussed)
