We have a franchise of a famous South Indian restaurant and are looking for a Chief Chef who has experience in cooking vegetarian Indian dishes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to apply their culinary skills in a high-end hotel and restaurant environment. The position is full-time and offers a generous salary package of $50000-$60000 monthly. This role requires exceptional cooking and catering skills, a strong understanding of culinary and kitchen management, and excellent customer service. It’s a Corp-Corp, contract to hire position, and applicants must hold a valid work visa.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading the kitchen team in creating and executing innovative menus and culinary creations.
• Ensuring top-notch customer service and satisfaction by overseeing the food preparation and presentation process.
• Managing catering events, effectively coordinating with external and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $50000-$60000 monthly. The final offer will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
• Formal culinary training or equivalent work experience.
• Valid work visa.

Skills

• Exceptional cooking skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Salary

Payment for this position is made in cash. The exact amount will be discussed during the interview process, but candidates can expect a range between $50000-$60000 monthly.
