Beauty Specialist Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time (6 days a week)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Expert to join our team at our salon Essenz Of India in Carrollton, TX. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in a variety of beauty services, a professional attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be working in a supportive environment with training opportunities, but prior hands-on experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
Perform waxing and threading with precision and care
Provide facials tailored to different skin types and concerns
Execute hair color services (including but not limited to root touch-ups, full color, highlights)
Offer expert hair styling for everyday wear and special occasions
Apply hair treatments for repair, nourishment, and overall hair health
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the workspace and equipment
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in waxing, threading, facials, hair color, styling, and treatments
Must be able to speak or understand Hindi (required)
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Willingness to continue learning and adapt to salon protocols and customer needs
Friendly and professional demeanor
Additional Details:
Training will be provided to enhance skills and familiarize you with salon standards
Pay will be based on experience and skill level
