HR Coordinator Job Description
Requirements:
- Perform all HR responsibilities as in maintaining I9’s and W4’s.
- Maintain visa tracker to include important dates, requirements, and approvals.
- Create and accurately maintain files for all work visas, permanent resident cases, and other immigration matters and act as a resource for the immigration team.
- Processing all visa applications, filings, and submissions includes H1b and Green Card.
- Coordinate Immigration process between Law Firm, Company and Beneficiary.
- Stay informed of Immigration practices and changes.
- Coordinate LCA process, including filing LCA, posting and removing LCA notices and printing certified LCA’s for signature.
- Coordinate requirement stage in the Green Card process.
- Assist in visa amendments, transfers and extensions.
- Prepare and maintain H1b public access files and PERM Audit files to ensure government compliance.
- Work Location: Onsite (no remote or hybrid options available)

Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.
- Administering payroll and benefits.
- Regularly updating HR databases with different information like new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
- Helping to organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from $1000 to $35000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Applicants must have 0-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and hold a valid work visa. A background in IT Software/Services is desirable but not essential.
