Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Support employees via multiple channels—phone, email, remote sessions, and CRM—to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Guide users through UKG Pro system navigation and processes.
• Handle benefits inquiries and assist with life event changes (e.g., new dependents, marriages, etc.).
• Assist employees during Annual Enrollment and with tax- and payroll-related questions.
• Leverage internal tools (e.g., knowledge base, CRM) to ensure accurate and timely support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships across departments.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and data confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of customer service or employee support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.

Preferred:

• Experience with corporate payroll processing or benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or French Canadian is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• FPC/CPP certification or HR/Benefits certifications preferred.
