Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies. You will play a key role in designing system architecture, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based web and backend applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Managers.
Architect solutions using microservices and cloud-native technologies.
Provide technical leadership and code reviews to maintain code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Drive best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
Mentor junior team members and conduct technical training sessions.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration/delivery processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft .NET stack.
Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
Proficient in Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
Solid experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and Event-driven programming.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor.
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
Experience with Azure/AWS cloud platforms is a strong plus.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, .NET Certified Developer).
Experience in leading Agile teams or acting as a Scrum Master.
