Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally.
• Answer menu questions and explain products clearly.
• Accurately input guest orders into the POS system.
• Accept payments and make correct change.
• Operate the cash register and manage cash receipts responsibly.
• Serve guest orders promptly, with proper packaging and all necessary utensils.
• Thank every guest for their visit.
• Upsell additional menu items when appropriate.
• Verify and balance register at beginning of each shift.
• Stock necessary supplies such as napkins, condiments, and beverages.
• Assist with basic prep work, including drinks, salads, sauces, and produce.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas throughout the shift.
• Inform management of supply needs or equipment issues.
• Take out trash and maintain sanitation standards.
• Answer phone calls and take orders professionally.

Position Requirements:

• Availability to work 9–28 hours per week.
• Completion of in-store training program.
