Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist who can independently manage end-to-end payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP and/or QuickBooks, a strong understanding of payroll compliance across multiple U.S. states, and the ability to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently set up new employees in payroll systems (ADP, QuickBooks online version).
Process and run regular payroll cycles accurately and on time.
Prepare and distribute W-2s and 1099s.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
Manage payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Stay up to date with changes in payroll laws and compliance requirements across multiple states.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and deductions.
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
Generate payroll reports for management as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll processing using ADP and/or QuickBooks online version.
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance across multiple U.S. states.
Familiarity with W-2 and 1099 preparation and reporting.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Account Manager for a part-time, work from home position based out of Alpharetta, GA. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in our Sales and Financial Services team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities.

- Handle accounts receivable and bookkeeping tasks
- Manage payroll and 1099-Contract
Salary
For this position, the salary is $20 hourly. We value our employees and are committed to offering excellent compensation packages.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Financial Services, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage and maintain client relationships
- Valid work visa
- IT Software / Services knowledge is a plus
Skills
- Strong accounting and taxation skills
- Experience with QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software
- Ability to manage payroll and 1099-Contract
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Working Hours
This is a part-time position, with the flexibility to work from home and during weekends if preferred.
