Human Resources Coordinator Jobs in MHP Americas Inc Atlanta, GA

 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Talent Support Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role, working 1–3 days per week onsite at our Midtown Atlanta office and occasionally at our One Porsche Drive location. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR coordination, talent acquisition support, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, sending outreach emails, updating candidate records in HRIS, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• HR Coordination & Onboarding: Manage offer letters, onboarding documents, I-9 verification, new hire orientation, and internal reporting.
• HRIS Administration: Maintain data accuracy, support process improvements, and update organizational charts.
• Employee Engagement & Events: Organize recognition programs, plan internal events, and support culture-building initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2 years in HR support roles
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, SuccessFactors)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Preferred
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and experience in global or fast-paced environments
