Office Administrator Job Description
We are a computer and medical training institute located in Manhattan, Queens and Jersey City, NJ. We are currently looking for Administration & Sales person with good communication skills.
- Perform day to day Administrative work for the office
- Create accurate reports in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Perform various statistical Analysis on the data to create reports
- Build, develop and manage client and prospect relationships
- Follow up on leads received using email/telephone
- Maintain proper and professional communication on sales activity
Requirements:
- Must have some Administrative & Sales Experience
- Good computer skills a must (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Be detailed oriented
- Good with math & numbers
- Be sales-oriented, outgoing, resourceful and demonstrate an energetic attitude
- Multi-lingual would be a plus
- College degree preferred but not required
