- Approachable personality and motivational skills a must along with well-developed, professional skills in customer service for communicating with Clients, Customers and Staff.
- Persistent approach to follow-up on tasks and responsibilities, Excellent relationship builder; able to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion, and diplomacy with internal and external
- stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver quality service under deadline pressure and in complex, fast-paced environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborates with other department staff on department events and initiatives.
- Provides backfill to other department administrative assistants during times of absence and peak loads.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and complex schedules with some ambiguity in a fast- paced environment, regularly prioritizing, and arranging meetings, conferences, and
- appointments.
- Organize invoice receipts and anticipates and prepares background materials as needed.
- Good proficiency with business software applications (e.g., Office 365, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, email communications, and scheduling.
